Fadi Rabieh

Fadi leads the group’s Human Development efforts. Prior to his role at Jerusalem Pharmaceuticals, Fadi served in several places as Human Resources Manager in the not-for-profit as well as in the financial sector.

Fadi holds a master’s degree in organizational behavior and development, and a second master’s degree in conflict resolution & leadership development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Birzeit University. He is a certified executive coach and trainer in group dynamics, emotional intelligence, and personal effectiveness.
