Eng. Yara AlMouti is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical consulting industry, Owner and dynamic CEO of Agon Pharmaceutical Consulting, a role she has held since January 2010. A visionary leader and expert in the pharmaceutical industry, she directs projects and strategizes operational enhancements to ensure excellence and compliance in pharmaceutical practices. Yara's journey in the field began as a Quality Engineer at Chemical and Mining Co., where she developed a robust foundation in quality assurance from September 1999 to May 2002. Her career further evolved at Advanced Pharmaceutical Industries at HIKMA, where she specialized in Quality and Validation Engineering until March 2005.

Her leadership and project management skills were further honed through positions as a Project Manager at Total Innovative Solutions and subsequently as a freelance consultant. Prior to her current role, Yara managed significant projects for Naratech Pharmaceutical Consultancy as a GCC Project Manager.
